Locking Personal Settings In Place.

Please give me information on how to lock my personal bass,mid level, trebel and fader settings in place. Every time I switch off the engine in my car the settings go back to factory and then I have to re-set them all over. Sam with radio stations. How do I lock them in place once tuned in? Any information would be much appreciated! Kind Regards, Reiner Ebert.
