Upgrade Killed Alltel Phones??

My phone has been dead since friday afternoon thanks to your upgrade and i have called 3 times and was told they turned in a ticket to the engineers and it would take 24 to 48 hours, well the 48 are about up and my phone is still dead what the hell gives here?? if you dont fix it soon i am going to straight talk alltel.
