Acer 7560 Sb 600 Has Developed An Opaque Band Center Monitor?

This acer was bought in decemer. It has developed an opaque band about 4 in. wide ion the center of the screen. Nothing was spilled on it. No moisture in the room. Has other Acer users experie3nced this and what can I do about it?
