I'm Not Happy With My Present Agent.
I had a crack repaired on my windshield of April 6th, 2012. I called my agent and he told me to bring the bill to his office on April 9th and he faxed it to the proper person for reimbursement. Now it is July 6th and all I have is nothing. Not even my calls are returned In fact I called at 10 this morn and still haven't heard back from him and now it is 3:30 PM . Can I change agents without affecting my current coverage and premium?
