Greetings - You can First try to take out the battery for 10 to 15 minutes - replace it and try to tur the phone on and observe. If this does does not work you may have to resort to hard resetting your Alcatel. ONLY BE WARNED THAT HARD RESETTING WILL ERASE ALL THE PERSONAL FILES AND APPS CURRENTLY ON THE PHONE.
