Headphone Icon

my headphone icon is on my screen display and i do not know how to get it off. i think its the reason that i cannot hear or speak to anyone when they call.not sure how it got on there.

Greetings - First try to clean the headphones jack and then pull out the battery while the phone is on. If that fails, hard reset it as per the below instruction

If the issue is encounted soon after the hard reset, then phone's main board will need an advanced cleaning.
