I Have An Alcatel 990 One Touch Phone. I Am Having A Problem With Incoming Calls
When I answer an incoming call, the person at the other end can hear me but I can't hear them. Can you help please?

Hi. Try the following (in their order - proceeding to the next if there is no improvement)
1. Clear cache from the phone app (settings > Applications > Manage App > All > Phone > clear cache)
2. Ensure the same is the case with calls received from or made to more that one carrier.
3. Hard reset the device
4. Check with your carrier (in case it is a glitch from their end)
5. Try and have the earpiece replaced
