Procodure To Take Medicine On The Plane With Person Not As Check In?

We are taking a trip and will need to take diabetic medication on the plane with us.  What are the requirements?

If the medication is a liquid it will have to fit the size requirements for liquids (all in less than 3oz containers).  And you will have to have your prescription for it, making sure the prescription name matches you rID name.  If the medication is not liquid (i.e., pill) it will not be a problem.
