If you want to change prepaid to postpaid just visit the Aitel store with your proof of identity associated with your account.

It will take some time to get activated.

Just call airtel customer care on 123 and they will assist you. A Airtel employee comes to collect your identity card but in current situation you need to go to airtel store to submit it.

Alternatively you can go to airtel store and it's done in few minutes.
