Lost Luggage And Free Ticket 2
I had wrote more 85 letters to Air France offices . Customer services from Kiev and Moscow did not solve my problem to give free ticket . Mr.Jean-Marc Janaillac - President du conseil d*administration ,Directeur General of Air France did not answer for my 15 complaints! I need the document which I can refer for getting free ticket in case when my luggage was lost.
