Help In Retrieving Promocode Due To Plane Malfunction.
Flight AC 541 Toronto to Seattle, 9/22/12, delayed over 8hours due to plane mechanical problem. Changed planes and arrived at 2am. was given a card to claim a code for free booking and must claim in 60 days. Cannot make my way through the AC site to claim. Please assist. TX #
