I Tried To Call Them To Cancel A Ticket, Never Worked, What Should I Do?

First I tried to cancel it online, coz i booked online, but the website wasn't working properly. so i tried to call them, never had anyone answering the phones, i tried different times of the day, sometimes on hold for more than 30 min!!! i tried these for the last two weeks, i'm exhausted! what should i do? i need to cancel it asap! thanks!!

It is not unusual for people to be on hold for an hour or so when calling an airline.

As you already know you can call 1-888-247-2262 option 4 for reservations and cancellation. There is also a long distance number 1-514-393-3333 but a 30 minute wait could be expensive depending upon your long distance service.

You can go to Manage My Bookings now to cancel online. You will need your Booking reference number and of course your last name.

You already know that you can cancel online because you booked your flight online and are cancelling your entire flight and your tickets were refundable rather than non-refundable.

Don't give up on the online method because sometimes a section of the website has to be taken down briefly. It will be up again and should be given another try. However, if you are having trouble with the website, try calling 1-888-247-2262 option 2.

You are correct, the best way to cancel is online at the website.
