I Was Fired After I Was Injured On The Job.
I had 2 policies Accident, and Hospital. I paid for the week i was hurt, and my boss sent me my last check for that week and informed me my policy was canceled. I dident know i could have put it in my name. I have been out of work now since Aug 11, 2012 and have many bills. Does the policy take care of the injury in full with follow ups or up untill the date that my boss took me off. I did have bills after the accident but before my boss fired me. what can i do to get paid for the bills i have. and the followup injury. since the injury is still ongoing is aflac still liabiale for the accident in full.
