why is it worth loozing me as a customer and i payed aflac for years and was told you would pay me 50 dollars if i went and had a text for cancer,,,well you guys sent me a letter saying after carefully revewing my huge 50 claim it went through your loop hole. i have a form where i can pay 88 dollars and renew my policy..after carefully revewing what you said and what you did .i dont think im gonna be stupid enough to think that you wouldent envent loopholes for anything

There are no "loopholes" in AFLAC's policies. They are INSURANCE POLICIES that, by law, have very specific language. The Cancer Screen Wellness benefit specifically spells out what tests are covered. Read your policy. I've had no trouble at all collecting the wellness benefit for my spouse or myself for many years.
