I Wish To Cancel My Coverage But My Employer Say's I Can't Do It Until Next Year
I can no longer afford my coverage and wish to cancel but my employer say's I cannot do it until next year's open enrollment. This seems unfair and I was wondering if there is a way to facilitate this request

I have had policyholders cancelling their pre-tax plans during the plan year, due to such reason as financial hardship.
I suggest that you contact either your servicing associate directly (if you know his/her contact information) or Aflac policyholder service call center, and find out what can be done in order to cance, assuming you are able to cancel.
Aflac policyholder service call center is open weekdays, 8 am - 8 pm EST, at 1-800-99-Aflac.
Good luck and Happy Holidays!
