Why Will No One Give Me An Answer. It Been 2 Hrs Of Run Arounds!!!!!!!!

trying to find out where my blood pressure kit is. no one will help!!!!! aetna or homemedics!!!!!! if you can't on will not please say so or help your customer. this prolem has led to calls all over the globe.  need to spek with a cusomer service VP
