When I Try And Download A Pdf Or A Jpg File It Converts The File Name To A Very

when I try and download a pdf or a jpg file it converts the file name to a very long name...this does not occur if I download it on aol.

You can always physically type the file extension. As long as the name ends in .pdf or .jpg the computer will recognize the file type.
