2nd Remote With 2018 Acra Rdx

Recently purchased my third (3rd) RDX after having much success with previous 2010 Tech and 2015 Tech AWD models. The new 2018 RDX Advance Package is an excellent vehicle and one I'm continually proud to own. The value represents a significant achievement over similar competing vehicles. I have come to expect a certain level of service and customer attention that I feel Acura upholds but I have one very specific complaint about my new car.My wife and I ( both in our 60's ) share driving the vehicle and I just realized that the Remote Pod on Driver #1 has a remote engine start BUT for driver #2 the remote engine start is NOT available. The Pod for Driver #2 is distinctly different in this regard and one that I feel is a grave oversight by Acura. I requested a fix at my dealer without a favorable response. We called Acura Customer Service and received a curt and less than friendly response of "No" and go back to your dealer. Thus, I am writing to you !Since the MDX and the Canadian Elite version (same version as Advance in USA) comes with two remote engine start Pods, why doesn't the American RDX Advance come equipped with two? The dealer claims if I would have installed a remote engine start apparatus that it would have come equipped with two engine remotes. I just feel that this issue is below the standard that Acura holds with their customers. I'm hopeful you can remedy this unfortunate omission by Acura.After purchasing three RDX's I'd appreciate acknowledgement, understanding and an equitable solution in this matter. If you are unable, then I'd appreciate you pointing me to a source that can further this request .
