Joining Friends?!

OMG! Every single time I try to join my friends I can't?! My wifi is 98%! Connecting speed is 4.9 MB! So I know it's not my wifi! Also when I get ready to join it says their offline? But we're in a party chat?! Come on man! I'm really tired of this!
