Keyboard Always Vibrating

hey please help me how to turn off vibrating keyboard in my acer Z160 i've gone so far on settings until now i cant fix this problem and there's more always lagging pls help me thank you.

To adjust your phone's sound settings, in the Application menu tap Settings > Sound

Vibrate on touch: Vibrate when pressing soft keys and on certain UI interactions. Turn off.
