Restore
i am trying to restore my computer back to factory settings after i cleaned a trojan. and when i click into acer erecovery management it comes up with an error top of the dialog box says microsoft.net framework then it has a x and says unhandled exception has occurred in your application. if you click continue the application will ignore this and attempt to continue. if you click quit. the application will close immediately. object reference not set to an instance of an object.

You might research this article. Not sure if tha will help, but it is place to start. You could also try reinstalling the erecovery application. If worse comes to worse, you try here.
