Emachine T6524
Was installing windows 7 and it rebooted then it froze. I pressed the power button and it started beeping one long beep and paused and kept doing that over and over. stopped beeping then and the power button started just flashing,

Hi. The beeps indicate a hardware failure
1. The power supply to start with
2. Also verify the RAMs & CPU
3. The system board too
Otherwise, the User Manual here http://www.manualrepublic.com/emachines/t6524/owners-manual should be able to help you with beep patterns and thier indicative faulty part. (eg. 3 beeps = RAMs failure)
