Shutting Down And Restarting Problems
I have a acer preditor with windows 8. When I try to shut down or restart, it stays on the green screen stating "shutting down" or "restarting", every now and then it will shut down but not often. Need help on what to do? Ive went through settings and I'm not a compiter expert so not sure what I'm looking for. Please help :-(

Obviously, your Acer Predator G3620 computer frequently restarts and shuts down automatically because there might be a problem with the Windows Operating System. This is usually caused by corrupted boot sector files of the OS which require require repair or reinstallation of the entire Windows OS. Please reinstall the Operating System to fix this problem.
