Is There Any Way In Can Reduce All The Noise This Computer Makes While Operating

The first 2 beep noise i good for testing we can know that computer is booting fine but if you hear more noise then open the cpu cover then reconnect RAM memory remove dust from all parts.
Reconnect all connect to motherbord.
