Acer Aspire Rear Usb Card
is it possible to replace the rear USB 2.0 card with a USB 3.0 card?

It's not a card. The USB ports are built into the motherboard. That being said, there is a PSI Express expansion slot so you could add a USB 3.0 card if you wanted.
