Startup Problem

I Recently Purchase An "acer V3-731. After A Few Days When I Turned Off My Laptop, And When I Went To Start It The Next Day It Stayed Stuck In The "restarting" Mode.how Do I Get It Out Of "restart"?it Will Run For An Indefinite Amount Of Time!!!!
