Can I Use A Printer With My Acer Aspire V3-571 Notebook

Yes :-) Your laptop has two USB 2.0 ports and one USB 3.0 ports, you can use any of those to connect a USB printer (most printers are USB these days, so you shouldn't have problems finding one) or there are even wireless printers that are available, so if you have a home wireless network, you will be set to use them as well.
