Hello I Have An Acer Laptop. I Need To Reformat The Hard Drive.

I do no have the Vista software CD because it was preloaded. Could you please send me a copy? Thank you.

If your Acer Aspire S3-391 computer is already pre-loaded with a Windows Operating System, you do not need the installation CD/DVD to install the Operating System. All you need to do is to restore your computer into its default factory settings. However, this requires a little complicated procedure so you need to really follow the steps I have provided below.
