Monitor Blacked Out
Run very well about a year, two week ago monitor just blacked out while cpu still running. Replace another monitor and it works for several hours and it blacked out again.

I believe that the monitor is not the problem. There might be a problem with the graphics card of your Acer Aspire M3470G. However, if your computer does not have any external graphics card installed, it is important that you change the VGA cable because this might be the problem. You can purchase VGA cables online at Amazon.com. Here's the link:
