No Volume
we can get volume through headphones but not through TV/ computer please help

Are you using audio cables to connect to the TV/PC. There has to be a physical audio conection. According to the specs you only have the headphone as audio out. Ports USB 6, Ethernet 1, VGA 1, DVI 1, HDMI 1, 3.5mm headphone 1, 3.5mm line-in/microphone 1.
