Can I Install Windows 7 Because My Xp Us Corrupt

Absolutely, you can. Just be sure to get the correct drivers once the install is complete:

For some good information in regards to the Win 7 OS install, go here.
However, the fact that your XP is corrupt worries me. If you go through a clean install of Win 7 and it's not working, I would say you need to start thinking about your hard drive.
