Acer Aspire 8735g Reboots.
Acer 8735G reboots within 30 seconds of win 7 loading. In safe mode it runs for more than 30 minutes.

It sounds like it may be a hardware issue. It's impossible to tell exactly what it is without looking at it ufortunately. You will have to have it looked at by a local repair shop or if it's under warranty you could contact Acer support. Here is the technical support contact page:
