Streaming Video And Sound Freezes During Play Have To Do A Hard Shut Down.
I bought my laptop a couple of years ago but only started using it a lot about a year ago. I stream A LOT but the past month or so, my laptop has been freezing both picture and sound in the middle of streaming, i.e. YouTube. I have checked for viruses and it's clean. I even went so far as to factory restore my laptop and it still does it. I tried to update the driver and it said it could not update it. Any suggestions for me?

Based on your description, I think the flash player installed on your Acer Aspire 7736Z computer might be outdated. Youtube and other online video streaming sites need the latest flash player. You have to install the updated and latest flash player into this computer. You can download it from here:
