Black Screen Of Death
I went through security checkpoint at airport while my computer was sleeping. Now all I get is a black screen when I try to start it. The little blue light above the keyboard (beside the cap lock and num lock symbol), the blue and the orange light below the touch pad mouse button come on solid, but no screen. Can you help?

Hold in the power key, count to 30. Try powering it back on.
If nothing remove the power cord and battery. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Put them all back in and try powering on.
If still nothing it could be a bad display. Try plugging in an external display to see.
At this point you're looking at a service call.
