My Acer Will Not Turn On . Sreen Completely Black Acer Aspire 7736z-448, 3 Yrs O

is your "acer"a desktop pc? if so you might want to check, to make sure the right plugs are connected to the right components in your pc "tower"
make sure that the colors on the plugs, are matching the colors on the "pc tower", and that they are connected in well.
double check your monitor plug to make sure it's connected well in "pc' tower & allso into the monitor. check both ends
