I've Had It For About Three Years. And I've Barley Used It All.
I haven't turned it on in one year, I'm thinking it might be the battery not sure. Don't know much about computer

The battery may have been totally drained or does not function properly. The best solution for this is to replace the battery of your computer with a new replacement battery. You can buy the battery at Amazon.com. Here is the link:

Yes the battery has expired. A typical battery expires in about 6 months if there is no recharging done. To be able to reuse the laptop you will have to purchase a new battery.
