How Do You Boot It In Safe Mode?

During boot up listen for a BEEP. When you hear that start smacking F8. Select "Safe Mode" from the menu that loads.

Shut down computer then screen will appear with reboot now,safe mode,etc.be sure to click in safe mode with mouse,or highlight with mouse,hit enter.
