Acer Aspire 5950g Keyboard Keys (1,3,q,t,u,p,j,-) Not Working ...
Some times, it include the keys 5, b and space!!! Please, help! Regards, Sobral

May I suggest you use some compressed air to clear any dust or debris that could be interfering with the keys contacts.

Hi. That is most likely a sign of a bad keyboard requiring replacement. You can get a replacement for $10 or so.
