How Do I Get My Webcam To Take A Picture
it works on skype... but i cant use it any other way

For that you need to install driver from below link
http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
Select your model and operating system then download driver and install.
Also install amcap software you can use camera with that aapplication.
