If your model has a bluetooth module and the drivers are installed correctly there should be an icon in the system tray (the bottom right corner of the screen). Right click this icon and select the action you would like to perform.
If there is no icon, and you are sure your laptop has bluetooth go to the acer website and download the bluetooth drivers for your model, this should solve the problem. If not, it is likely that there is no bluetooth module in your laptop.
