Plzz Can You Tell Me How To Open Wifi I Try To F3+fn Put There Is No Light In

you can easily open wifi by sinmply go to internet connection by going to my computer then control pannel and from their network and sharing ..then make a new connection .... and pair with wifi connection.....okkk
