How Do I Get The Back Panel Off So That I Can Upgrade Memory Or Hard Drive?
Doesn't appear to be any model specific manual or documentation online!

I don't think that you can upgrade the RAM or hard drive of your Acer Aspire 5600U. According to the product details provided by Cnet, your Acer Aspire 5600U does not have any expansion for upgrade. Since this is an all in one PC, all components are integrated or built-in. Here's the link to the product specifications of this computer.
