These netbooks are designed with theft in mind. If an admin password is set on the BIOS you may have no choice but to open the case and remove the CMOS battery to clear the settings.
You can easily damage things this way since most the batteries in these are soldered in. Here is a video that shows this. It should only be attempted by a tech. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyZRRjgr5ME. It's of a 5580 but they are basically the same.
