Setup Iis Starting Services
i was restoring to factory default and then i got a error message stating that windows could not complete the installation, press ok to reinsatll windows but then if do that it gives me a black screen "setup is starting services" its been 7 dayts now.

I believe that this is related to a corrupted installation of the Windows 7 Operating System. Basically, your computer cannot read and install all the necessary Windows files to your computer due to possible scratches on the surface of the CD/DVD. Also, make sure that you install the Operating System using the Original version.
