How Do You Change Desktop Background?

In windows 7 , right click a blank space on the screen, and click on personalise.

You can change to a picture of your own choice by going to the bottom of that new window and clicking desktop background, then click the little dropdown arrow to decide if you want a single picture from Windows desktop backgrounds//pictures library/windows photo viewer etc: then click the browse button , and browse to a picture you want and click on it- then click save changes.

Alternatively, click on theme to change the theme, this gives Windows selected themes as backgrounds. You can change by clicking on a different theme.
