Try to install new os via flash drive or cd drive if the hard drive is working fine so it will gone good if no.

There is a problem with your hard drive it might have bad sectors the solution is replace it and install a new os for a fresh start. And take it to the nearest acer service center they will better take care of it.

Thanks
