How To Off The Webcam ?

Sometimes a key combination like the fn +f1 buttons will do this, but it not in the list of functions on your model.

If you click all programs, look for Acer .... possibly crystal eye- and see if it is listed- if it is there may be settings for it there.
The only other way most likely to turn it off, and on, (as you do not seem to have a switch on the front, right hand side of the base of the unit,) is to
Click Start, right click computer, click manage, click device manager, click on Imaging Devices" and locate your camera listed. Right-click on the camera device and select the disable option from the menu. Simply go back and click enable when you need to use it.
