As its an on-board graphics chip, you cannot upgrade it- The best way to get the most from your graphics is to upgrade the ram, as this chip uses up to 1gb of installed ram. If you have 64 bit w7 then you can upgrade even more ram than the 32 bit installation-
From the spec I saw, you have Dual-channel DDR3 SDRAM support for 2GB of DDR3 1066 MHz memory, upgradeable to 8 GB using two soDIMM modules
