I Forgot My Password Is There Any Way Around It

That depends, which password, BIOS (bootup) or Windows. 

Windows can be hacked.  The best option is the boot-able password reset cd.  See this link to download a copy.  You'll need to have someone burn it to CD for you.  http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/

BIOS can be cleared as noted.  I borrowed this from another site so I didn't have to type it all in...

1. Unplug the computer system
2. Remove the side panel

Now you have two options

OPTION 1

1. Locate the jumper JP1 or JCMOS1 you can use your manual for a reference its a 3 pin jumper located close to the battery
2. The jumper is currently on 1 and 2 , set it to 2 and 3 wait a few seconds and set it back to 1 and 2

BIOS should now be reset.  Boot the system enter setup and load optimized defaults, save and exit setup

OPTION 2 - in case you cant find the jumper

1. Remove memory
2. Remove the battery
3. Press the power button 5 times to empty any charged capacitors
4. Replace battery and memory
5. Boot system enter bios load optimized defaults , save and exit

You should be good to go.
