Motherboard
The Geek Squad said that my motherboard Acer AO721-3574 is burned out but they couldn't find a replacement. Can you please help?

Since you are still under the protection plan, you could try escalating your complaint with Best Buy/Geek Squad, ask to speak to a manager and describe your situation. It is their responsiblity to replace it.
You could try to contact them using their Twelpforce program(Twitter), since it's publicly visible, they will be forced to act faster: https://twitter.com/twelpforce
As a Plan B, talk to Acer support and see if you can claim direct warranty from them, you can find the contact options here: http://support.acer.com/us/en/default.aspx
